Orlando Duque of Colombia dives into the Tiber River from one of Rome's many bridges as part of traditional New Year celebrations January 1, 2007. Seven men sprinkled the muddy water of the Tiber, taking the plunge from The Cavour bridge, continuing an annual tradition which dates back to 1946. (Reuters)
