日前，國務院辦公廳宣布成立國家制造強國建設領導小組，以加強對有關工作的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和政策協(xié)調。

The State Council recently announced the establishment of a national leading group for the upgrading of the country's manufacturing sector, with Vice-Premier Ma Kai appointed as head of the group. One of the group's main responsibilities will be planning and coordinating the overall work to raise the country's manufacturing power. 日前，國務院宣布成立國家制造強國建設領導小組，國務院副總理馬凱任組長。該小組具體職責包括統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調國家制造強國建設全局性工作。

“制造強國”可以用manufacturing power表示。成立國家制造強國建設領導小組包括在《中國制造2025》規(guī)劃（"Made in China 2025" plan）中。該小組的具體職責還包括審議推動制造業(yè)發(fā)展的重大工程專項（reviewing and propelling major manufacturing projects），加強戰(zhàn)略謀劃，指導各地區(qū)、各部門開展工作（directing relevant works in various regions and sectors），協(xié)調跨地區(qū)、跨部門重要事項，加強對重要事項落實情況的督促檢查（supervising and inspecting the implementation of major tasks）。

領導小組將制定新產業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃（draw up plans for new industries），同時組織各部門、地方發(fā)揮和協(xié)調技術、資源優(yōu)勢，向中國智造（intelligent / smart manufacturing）轉變，未來細分領域的產業(yè)規(guī)劃和扶持政策（supportive policies and plans for various industries）預計出臺會相對密集。
