法國和荷蘭分別在日前舉行的全民公決中否決了《歐盟憲法條約》，這引起了包括土耳其在內(nèi)的一些國家對歐盟擴(kuò)大進(jìn)程的擔(dān)憂。外電報(bào)道如下：Turks

might not exist in 10 years. Now, with voters in France
and the Netherlands rejecting the EU constitution, the joke is looking more like
reality.
The votes show an unwillingness to accept the bloc's expansion to
include new members - in particular, a poor and culturally different
country like Turkey.
"Without a doubt, the result of these referendums is going to affect"
further expanding the 25-member EU to include countries such as Turkey,
Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos said Thursday.

據(jù)悉，荷蘭否決《歐盟憲法條約》的原因之一是，他們擔(dān)心“文化異類”土耳其的入盟將給荷蘭帶來噩夢。因?yàn)橥炼淙丝诟�，可能在政治影響力方面超過荷蘭。希臘外長莫利維亞蒂斯2日公開表示，希臘支持歐盟的擴(kuò)大進(jìn)程。土耳其在滿足了所有條件后也應(yīng)成為歐盟成員國，但這個(gè)過程可能至少需要10年的時(shí)間。
