While celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the book seeks to highlight China's remarkable achievements in economic and social development, and their profound impact on both the country and the global community.

Opportunity China compiles more than 70 key economic opinion pieces from distinguished experts, including Rachmat Kaimuddin, Indonesian deputy coordinating minister of maritime affairs and investments in infrastructure and transportation; Donald Ramotar, former president of Guyana; Ong Tee Keat, former deputy speaker of the Lower House of the Malaysian Parliament; Liu Jun, president of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China; Chen Liming, the Greater China chairman of the World Economic Forum; renowned economists from Peking University, including Justin Lin Yifu, Yao Yang, and Huang Yiping; and Zhao Zhongxiu, president of the University of International Business and Economics. The book explores the new opportunities brought by China's transition from high-speed growth to high-quality development. It analyzes the country's economic fundamentals, new quality productive forces, opportunities across various industries, regional development strategies, silver economy, and green growth. It also highlights the tremendous achievements of China in international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, offering in-depth insights into key questions such as "Why does China's economy work?" and "How is China contributing to the world?"
