The first 5G demonstration lane for autonomous driving vehicles in East China's Anhui province opened in Baohe district in Hefei city on Sept 3, 2020.

With a length of 4.4 kilometers, this circular road welcomed both self-driving vehicles and ordinary vehicles at the same time.
