Hong Kong Commissioner of Police Chris Tang Ping-keung threw his weight behind the national security legislation on Friday, saying it can prevent terrorism and other acts that endanger national security and that it absolutely will not infringe on Hong Kong people's rights or harm the "one country, two systems" principle.
