He shared the experience of Hangzhou, home to Alibaba headquarters, in building its "city brain" project using AI-driven algorithms to monitor and control traffic signals and street cameras. He said that "city brain" is not about human intelligence but urban intelligence, which will change the way people look at problems and help people rethink the development of cities.
