In past years, thanks to the reform and opening-up, China's economy experienced high-speed growth stage. In the new era, the economy's high-quality growth stage still needs the reform and opening-up policy because efficiency to increase needs system to guarantee, and only the reform and opening-up policy can build the system that favors innovation and startups.
